Do I have to commit to a contract with any of the Hosting Plans?
- No, there are no contracts. We are on a month to month
basis, although you can save 10% each year paying for annual
services!
Can I upgrade my Hosting Plan easily?
- There are 2 ways to upgrade your plan very easily, call
Customer Service - 770-926-7930, ext. 2 for direct assistance or
send a email request -
service@hostatlantaservice.com let us know the plan you'd
like to upgrade to and it will be taken care of. You will
then be notified by email of the completed change request.
Am I limited to a set number of email accounts?
Does Atlanta Hosting Service assist with transfers?
- Yes we are happy to assist with transfers. Additional
costs could vary depending on specific scenarios. If you
have let your renewal lapse you maybe forced to stay with the
current provider, we always work hard to accommodate your needs.
How can I control SPAM?
- With each account we have many tools in the client
Control Panel, Spam Vault is a free tool provided with
all Hosting plans that aid in controlling SPAM.
What kind of support can I expect?
- Our support team is available 24/7 with a 99% uptime
guarantee or your service is free! (based on 30 days 365 days
per year)
How much space will the Basic Hosting Plan accommodate?
- The Basic Hosting Plan is 250MB, this would accommodate a
website that had 200+ pages.
Can I get assistance with web design?
- Yes. Our sister company here>>>
will assist with your
website design and or has
design tools available.
